Tim's place is a little slice of paradise, right beside the nicest part of the beach in Los Ayala. The place has a cozy cottage-like feel. Tim is a great host, I wish we could have stayed longer ! We will be back again, I'm sure.

Tim’s house is in the perfect spot in Los Ayala; beachfront nested by a bird refuge and within a very short walk to town. The grounds were lovely and well taken care of. Tim was a thoughtful host and is a delightful person to chat with. This was a great gem of a space!

I love this casita! It is at the quiet beautiful end of the beach. The water is clear and warm and it is a great swimming beach. The quaint little town is just blocks away.  Tim and Joanne make you feel right at home . I would definitely book this casita again!

Everything was perfect.  Everything smelled so clean and fresh. The towels smelled so fresh, it made our visit feel like home. The location was perfect as well. The house really is right on the beach. Thank you Tim

Lovely place  a quiet beach. Very walkable to the town of Los Ayala.  Plenty of choices for meals out and cooking in. Joanne and Tim were great, interesting hosts.

Tim’s place is fabulous! Super authentic Mexican Casa right on the beach! You get lulled to sleep by the waves every night! Would highly recommend this place :)

Tim’s place is very clean and very detailed in everything . The beachfront view is amazing and sooooo relaxing ! It is very worth the value of enjoying the moment there we had for 2 weeks.

Tim’s place is a great little place. There is a quaint outdoor table to hang out at, a very functional kitchen and comfy well decorated bedrooms. The proximity to the ocean is perfect, 30ft to the beach! Tim’s place is perfect . It is clean, safe and private.
