Booking your reservation is easy.
50% of the total cost of your booking is required to hold your reservation. Using the "contact us" button, send us your booking request and we will send you an email with instructions for making your deposit.
Payment options are; Pay pal which will accept credit cards , e-transfers, bank wires, or certified cheques.
The balance is due by October 1st of the up and coming season .
If you are reserving less than 60 days prior to your arrival then you will need to make the full payment to confirm your reservation.
What’s the weather like?
We have a tropical climate with cooling ocean breezes. During Nov-Feb. it can be chilly at night so not a bad idea to have a light jacket or lightweight pullover. It is usually dry but occasionally we have rain.
Our rainy season is from July-October. These are also our hottest and most humid months. It’s still a great time to visit as the rains usually come at night and sometimes bring amazing lightening shows.
Is the pool private?
Our beautiful pool and front patio area is for the sole use of our guests only.
The pool is approximately 5 feet deep, there are no shallow areas. There is no lifeguard or supervision provided by Casa Vista de las Islas and Casitas or its owners for this area. Children must be supervised by an accompanying adult at all times. The pool is only open 6 days a week from 11:00 am until 4:00 pm Monday to Saturday. It is closed on Sundays.
How do I wash my fruit and vegetables?
We supply Microdina which is a food sanitizer. Simply put a few drops in a sink filled with water, add your produce and let it sit for a few minutes. And you are good to go!
Can I drink the water or drinks with ice?
You cannot drink water from the tap. We provide purified water in all our units. If you are out and about the majority of restaurants will only offer you bottled water. And yes…the ice is fine.
Do I need adapters for electronic items?
No adapters are needed. We have the same electrical outlets as North of the border.
Are there beach chairs and umbrellas available for us to use?
Yes, we have beach chairs and umbrellas available on a first come first serve basis. We also have coolers and boogie boards available.
Cleaning and Maid service
We supply cleaning and maid service once a week, this includes clean linens, and towels. Bath towels are provided, beach towels (one per guest) are also provided.
