Reservations
Booking your reservation

Check your preferred dates with the availability calendar, then send us your request by pushing the "contact us" button below.

The total cost of your stay is indicated on the booking page. We will hold your booking request for 7 days until your funds arrive.

A deposit of 50 % of the total rent is required to make a reservation. And the balance must be paid in full by October 1st of that season.

We will email you the information and details of how to forward a deposit for your reservation.
Payment methods

Bank wire transfers, e mail transfers, and certified cheques.

Pay Pal accepts most major credit cards and debit cards.
Pay Pal payments are subjected to a 4% fee.​

It is always a good idea to send us your requested dates first prior to finalizing your payment so we can be certain that your requested dates are available.
Cancellation Policy

A full refund will be given only if we can re-rent your total booking . A $175.00 transaction fee is deducted from all refunds.
Additional Fees

A cleaning fee of $65.00 will be added per reservation.

A damage deposit of $350.00 is required and will be returned at completion of your stay.

IVA taxes of 16% will be added to your invoice. (Mexico's value added tax.)

If you choose to pay using Pay Pal there is a 4% fee added to your invoice.
