Pool
The swimming pool is provided to our guests only and to be used at your own risk. The pool is approximately 5 feet deep, there are no shallow areas. There is no lifeguard or supervision provided by
Casa Vista de las Islas and Casitas or its owners for this area. Children must be supervised by an accompanying adult at all times.

The steps and deck areas can be slippery, please use caution. Running or unruly behaviour will not be tolerated.
​
Any type of glass i.e. ; dishes, glasses, cups, and bottles are not allowed in the pool or pool patio areas.
​
Sun screen and body lotions are really hard on the pool's salt water cleansing system. There is an outdoor shower provided, please use it prior entering the pool water, it will help keep the pool clean and safe for everyone.

The pool is only open 6 days a week from 11:00 am until 4:00 pm Monday to Saturday. It is closed on Sundays.
The pool, and common areas are for the use of those staying at Casa Vista de las Islas and Casitas.
​
Unauthorized guests and or parties will result in immediate eviction from the property and all monies paid forfeited.
Patio decks and stairways
Casa Vista de las Islas and Casitas has decks and stairways areas that are constructed in traditional Mexican styles and have an open style. Use caution in these areas.
Casa Vista de las Islas and Casitas and its owners are not responsible or liable for any issues that happen to you, or anyone in your group in the pool and all other areas of the property

Security
Guests are responsible for locking their own rental units. Don't leave valuables in your vehicles. The gates to the beach and street must be kept closed at all times. Safes are provided in each unit.
A tip: Don’t travel with large sums of cash, there are ATM bank machines in the area.
Casa Vista de las Islas and Casitas and its owners are not responsible or liable for any issues related to lost or stolen items on or off the property.
Critters
In and around the town, it is common to have various kinds of animals such as, roosters, chickens, chachalacas, dogs, cats, Iguanas, geckos, opossums and insects.
Scorpions, exist in Mexico. Do not leave towels or clothing on the floors and always shake out foot ware before putting them on.
Casa Vista de las Islas and Casitas and its owners are not responsible or liable for any issues related to various kinds of animals, insects and other creatures that may be in the area.
A tip: Don’t leave your doors open, and insure your windows have screens in place before opening.
Fireworks
Fireworks are not allowed on the property.
Smoking
No smoking and no illegal substances are allowed on the property.
Drinking Water
We don’t recommend drinking the tap water. Bottled water is provided for drinking and cooking.

Water and sewer
The property has two sources of domestic water, an artesian well and city water. Although we have never had a water supply problem. Casa Vista de las Islas and Casitas and its owners are not responsible or liable for water shortages.
Our new build has made it possible for us to give our customers the comfort of knowing u can flush toilet paper in the toilets. However, personal hygienic paper products cannot be flushed into the toilets.
Electricity
The power will go out occasionally , but this doesn't happen very often. It is usually restored within a few hours. Casa Vista de las Islas and Casitas and its owners are not responsible or liable for electrical shortages.
Air conditioning is offered for your comfort, but is not designed to run continuously. Turn off air-conditioning when you exit your rental unit. Staff will monitor this and are advised to turn off units if left running all day.
Internet
We supply free internet wifi. Casa Vista de las Islas and Casitas is not responsible or liable for internet issues.
Keys
Two sets of keys are provided for your unit, and the entry gates. All keys must be returned at the end of your stay. Lost or unreturned keys will be deducted from your damage deposit. $15 per key
Beach and Ocean
We are an ocean front property, you are responsible to take precautions when in the ocean water and beach areas. Casa Vista de las Islas and Casitas and its owners are not responsible or liable for you or your groups mishaps when your off of the property.
Noise
We are a multi-unit vacation property, please be respectful of others, by keeping music and talking at low levels . Quiet time is 10:00 pm. Unauthorized guests and or parties will result in immediate eviction from the property and all monies paid forfeited.

Roads and Sidewalks
Many of the local roads, streets and sidewalks are not paved or surfaced. Be careful when walking or driving in the area. Casa Vista de las Islas and Casitas and its owners are not responsible or liable for mishaps or injuries due to the conditions.
Common Areas
After using the common areas i.e. ; pool, pool patio, deck patios, yard and grounds please take your personal items with you and tidy up when your finished. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after themselves, so that these areas are nice for all to enjoy.
Damages
Any damages to the property or items contained therein, by you, by anyone in your party, or by anyone you allow onto the property, will be charged to you. You will be liable for any damage issues.
Parking
There is limited parking on the street, it is never a good idea to park your vehicle under a coconut tree, because of the possibility of falling coconuts. Casa Vista de las Islas and Casitas and its owners are not responsible or liable for mishaps or injuries due to the conditions.
By sending a payment to Casa Vista de las Islas and Casitas or its owners for a rental unit at Casa Vista de las Islas located at 260 Avenida del Estero, Nayarit, Mexico. 63724., you are acknowledging that you have read, understand, and accept all that is stated within the 4-page document called “Casa Vista de las Islas rental agreement”.
